Adapting through direct mail

Despite the challenges that 2020 has posed to many businesses, it has been impressive to see an explosion of innovation as organisations adapt to the new ‘Covid normal.’ From delivery services pivoting to contactless trade, to cafes distributing grocery boxes, there has been no shortage of ingenuity and adaptation.
